About the dish
Chimichurri a fabulous Argentinean sauce similar to pesto.
The Chimichurri sauce is used both as a marinade and a sauce for grilled steak, but you can also use it with chicken, fish or pasta.
We do not recommend that you use food processors, it supposed to be a loose and is more tasty that way.
This time we added LowCarb rice from PurePasta to the Chimichurri for more filling dish and it turned out great!
Perhaps this sauce will be a big favorite in your household as well?
