Make your own delicious pesto sauce in just 10 minutes.
When the weather gets a bit warmer we sometimes crave a light meal.
This pesto, Low-Carb Spaghetti and parma ham recipe is ideal for throwing together for lunch or light dinner.
It is super fresh and easy.
The spaghetti from PurePasta is gluten free, low in carbs and fits perfectly with the homemade pesto.

Ingredients
- 2bags PurePasta Spaghetti
- 200g Haricots verts
- Parma ham slices
- 1 handfull fresh dill
- 1handfull fresh coriander
- 50g Pine Nuts
- 2tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt
- 70ml Olive oil
- 50g Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- Butter (olive oil)
How to
Rinse the spaghetti in cold water. Drain.
Heat the butter in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Fry the spaghetti and haricot verts for about 5minutes. Add salt and pepper.
Mix the pesto.
Add to your food processor; dill, coriander, pine nuts, lemon juice, olive oil, parmesan cheese. Mix and give it a taste. Add salt and pepper if necessary.
Add the pesto to the frying pan. Mix together. (no heat).
Serve the pesto-spaghetti with Parma Ham.
