About the dish
- 1 bag PurePasta Rice
- 600g raw shrimps
- 2 avocado
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili
- ½ red onion
- ½ romaine lettuce
- ½ lime
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 handful of coriander
- ½ cucumber
Peel and devein the shrimp.
Dice avocado and cucumber and put in a large bowl.
Combine the salad to the bowl.
Finely chop the onion and add to the salad.
Drizzle the salad with olive oil, lime juice and a little bit of salt, then toss lightly until combined.
Finely chop the garlic and the chili.
Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Add olive oil and fry the garlic and chili until golden brown.
Add the shrimps to the pan and toss around for a few minutes.
Combine the PurePasta Rice to the sallad.
When the shrimps are ready you salad is ready to serve.
Just before serving, squeeze over some lime juice.
