Prices and payments
All products on the page include VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all cost, VAT and shipping and handling. Payment options are displayed in the cart depending on which payment option you choose.
Payments are handles by Stripe, one of the biggest payment handling companies in the world. They offer world leading security and service to all involved. All the biggest credit and debit cards are accepted as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and others.
Returns and cancellations
As a customer you have 14 days rights to return. The time starts once you receive the shipment or parts of it.
If you change your mind on the purchase you must contact PurePasta via email on :firstname.lastname@example.org before you send the product back. You as a customer will pay for the return shipment cost. (the products shall be sent back to PurePasta withing 14 days).
If you as a customer will not pick up the shipment at the post office or post agent the shipment will be sent back to PurePasta. You as a customer will be responsible for the cost (shipment, return shipment and handling). This cost starts at 40 EUR and will be invoiced.
When you place your order you will provide your shipping address and other personal information. By ordering you approve that we store and use these information to be able to fulfill the order. According to GDPR you have the right to get detailed information about what we have stored and also to remove it after the order is complete. In this case contact us via email.
Your information will never be sold or transferred to another party.
Returns will be done at the cost of the customer unless the product is flawed or has been incorrectly packed. Please contact email@example.com before returning prodcuts.
All shipments will be done with DHL and shipped to DHL Servicepoints.
All shipments will be sent from Insperium Foods AB in Sweden.
Orders will be sent within 48 hours during weekdays. .
Normal delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.
Shipping cost is 6.99 EUR.
Cost for “returned to sender”
If you don’t pick up your shipment at the DHL ServicePoint within 14 days it will be sent back to Imsperium Foods. The cost of shipment and return shipment will be responsibility of the buyer and that cost starts at 40 EUR.
Damage during transport
If the products are damaged under transport, please report the damage immediately at the DHL Servicepoint. Then contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further information and guidance.
If Imsperium Foods can not deliver the products because of uncontrolled circumstance (”Force majeure”), it is not considered as a breach of agreement. Imsperium Foods will try it’s best to deliver the product or compensate as quickly as possible.
Consumers that have come into conflict with a business operator in a country within the EU other than their own can turn to their European Consumer Centre or Euroguichet for advice and help.
The centres work in a network, with the aim of providing consumers access to fast and easy dispute resolution. Norway and Iceland are also included in this network. In Sweden, the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) has the task of trying disputes that arise between consumers from other EU countries and Swedish business operators.

For financial disputes there is a special European network that takes care of cross-border disputes in the financial arena, FIN-NET. As for Sweden, Konsument Europa is a part of this network while the National Board for Consumer Disputes is the authority that tries disputes in Sweden in this arena.
