Here's a delicious recipe for the sushi lovers.
No need to avoid eating sushi because of the white rice, you use low carb rice from PurePasta instead.
These Low Carb Sushi are healthy and ketogenic friendly.
With PurePasta substitute rice you can finally enjoy sushi.
Ingredients
- 1 bag PureRice
- 150 g smoked salmon
- ½ avocado
- 10 cm cucumber
- 1-2 tbls horseradish
- 1 tbl sesame
- 40 g cream cheese
How to
Rinse rice in cold water and boil for 3 minutes, strain and allow to cool.
Add the salmon on a Board with plastic wrap or a sushi- matta if you have.
Cut the avocado and cucumber into thin strips.
Stir together the horseradish, cream cheese and rice.
Lubricating cream cheese mixture on the salmon and then add the cucumber and avocado on top.
Roll up salmon carefully.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cut into sushi in the size you like, and serve.
