About the dish
Beloved family classiker!
Super simple to make and always nice to enjoy. Here we use only a few ingredients and one of them being PureSpaghetti which makes this dish both glutenfree and low in carbs.
After working out or a long day at the office this one is perfect "fast" food as it only takes about 10 minutes to make.
- 1 bag PureSpaghetti
- 140g bacon
- 1st garlic glove (big)
- 40g parmesan cheese plus a little for decoration
- 3 egg yolks
- Butter/olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
Rinse PureSpaghetti with cold water.
Mix together egg yolks and parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. (Go easy on the salt).
Cut the bacon into pieces. (so easy if you use scissors).
Cook the bacon in a frying pan with a pinch of oil or butter.
Chop the garlic and add to the pan. (ad butter/oil if needed).
Add the spaghetti to the pan and toss around for approximately 3 minutes.
Take the pan off the heat and stir down the egg yolks mixture.
Serve directly with some extra parmesan.
