About the dish
- 1 bag of PureNoodles
- 2 yellow beets
- 400gr green kale
- 100gr spinach
- 200gr romaine
- 2 avocado
- 3 radishes
- 300gr bacon
Rinse the noodles in cold water.
Boil in salted water for 3 minutes.
Tear down the green kale in large pieces (not the stem) and place on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and plentiful of sea salt.
Slice the yellow beets in thin slices and put on the same tray as the green kale. Drizzle with salt. Put the tray in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the green kale is crispy.
Crispy roast the bacon and put on kitchen towels, that way the bacon gets crispier.
Cut the avocado and radishes into slices.
Tear down the romaine salad into a bowl and mix all the ingredients together.
VOILA – A wonderful salad.
