About the dish
This side dish recipes is a good fit to whatever you are making. Goes nicely with meat, chicken, hot dog or as we have here with meatballs. This creamy sauce wrapped around the gluten-free noodles is just perfect for your low carb meal.
Serve the creamy noodles with a slice of lemon, when you squeeze the lemon juice over at the end it takes the dish to a new level ;)

Ingredients
- 2bags of PureNoodles
- 2 ½ dl heavy cream
- 3tbsp crème fraiche
- 50g parmesan cheese
- 1tsp coriander, ground
- 1tsp lemon pepper
- 1tsp garlic paste
- Pepper
- 1 lemon
How to
Rinse the noodles in cold water. Drain.
Stir cream and crème fraiche and let it start to boil. Lower the heat.
Mix to the cream the parmesan and zest of the lemon (the whole lemon).
Add the noodles and season with coriander, lemon pepper and garlic paste.
Let the mixture simmer for about 5minutes.
Flavor with salt and pepper.
At the end squeeze some lemon juice over.
