About the dish
Do you sometimes think about what to cook? We do that too.
We have started with a new trend at home, and that is that once a month we cook dishes from another country. Not only that, we also play music from the country we cook the dish from and then watch movies from that country, usually in the original language. My God, what fun this is! Really hope you test and make your evenings even more magical.
Tonight, we choose Norway.
When we think of Norway we think of fish and today we chose salmon.
Grilled salmon is very tasty, healthy and good for the body. Salmon has everything you need, Protein, Omega3 and Omega6, etc.

As an accompaniment, we serve fried organic shirataki rice from PurePasta with broccoli and dill sauce.
