Fried rice with vegetables is the perfect lunch as is or as a side dish.

- 2 bags PureRice
- 250g broccoli
- 2 pieces red onion
- 200g mushrooms
- 1 piece zucchini
- 3 pieces garlic leaves
- Butter/Coconut oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Chili Flakes
Rinse the rice in cold water.
Cut broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini and onion into pieces.
Put butter/coconut oil in a pan and lightly fry all the vegetables.
When the vegetables are about to be ready put in the rice and stir.
Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes.
Serve as is or as a side dish.
