About the dish
This bacon low carb high fat dish with low carb pasta is a gluten free meal which is very simple to cook. If you love pasta you simply have to try this dish. Finally you can enjoy a good pasta dish and feel light and satisfied afterwards.

Ingredients
- 2 bags PureNoodles
- 500 g bacon, cut into pieces
- 500 ml heavy cream
- 1 box chantarelle-cream cheese (200g)
- 1 box mushrooms (250 g)
- 4-5 cloves garlic, mince
- 0.5-1 meat broth
- Olive oil or butter
How to
Rinse the noodles in cold water.
Fry the bacon, mushrooms and garlic in butter.
Add the cream cheese and cream.
When the fresh cheese has melted, add the bullion and stir.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Let it simmer for while.
Add the noodles into the sauce, stir and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
