About the dish
Chicken Steak or boneless chicken leg. Juicy, tender and easy baked chicken, what more can you ask for!
Served with PureRice. Pure Pasta products are gluten free, soy free, lactose free and are rich in fiber. Fiber slows the rate that sugar is absorbed into the bloodstream and a high-fiber diet helps you have soft, regular bowel movements, reducing constipation.
We have also made our super easy and simple gravy to this dish and of course some nice salad.

- 2 bags PureRice
- 4st Chickensteak (Boneless Chicken Leg)
- 250ml heavy cream
- 150g cream cheese with pepper
- 2pcs carrots
- Season all
- Olive oil
Rinse the rice in cold water.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Toss the chicken with olive oil and season all.
Place the chicken (skin side up) on a tray.
Bake the chicken for 25 minutes (until the chicken is cooked through).
Boil the rice in salted water for about 5minutes.
Pour cream in a saucepan at a low temp. Whisk cream cheese until smooth, bring to a boil and then keep at a low temp until the chicken is ready.
Serve with a nice salad.
