About the dish
- 1 bag PureNoodles
- 150g Pak-Choi
- 200g mushrooms
- 2Tbsp Tamari soy sauce
- 1Tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 20g Butter
- ½ green onoin
- 1Tsp Chili Flakes
- 1dl fresh basil
- 500g Cod
- Lemon pepper
Place the oven at 180 °C.
Cut the cod into pieces and wipe them dry with a paper towel.
Season the fish with lemon pepper.
Putt small amount of butter on each piece of the fish.
Prepare in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.
Cut Pak-Choi into strips, mushrooms in slices and the green onion in small pieces.
Fry in butter in a frying pan for a few minutes.
Turn down the noodles and basil.
Drizzle over Tamari soy and Worcestershire sauce.
Season with Chili Flakes.
Fry until the pak-choi salad has become soft, about 10min.
Serve the fish with the noodle-salad mixture.
