About the dish
It does not have to take long time to make a healthy dish. This recipe is very simple and it is so easy to make. We served the chicken with PurePasta Spaghetti witch is a low carb spaghetti made from Konjac root. If you love creamy pasta then this dish is the one for you. Low Carb, incredible tasty and easy. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 bags PureSpaghetti
- 5dl heavy cream
- 1tbsp garlic paste
- 1pc vegetable broth
- 150g sundried tomatoes, strips
- 100g spinach
- 4pc chickenbreast
- 50g parmesancheese
- Olive oil
- Season all spice
- Salt and pepper
How to
Rinse the PureSpaghetti in cold water. Drain.
Season the chicken with season all.
Heat 1/2 Tbs. of the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Put the chicken in the pan. Cook until it is done. Set aside on a plate.
Using the same pan, pour in the heavy cream.
Add to the cream vegetable broth, sundried tomatoes, garlic paste and parmesan cheese. Whisk and let it shimmer for a few minutes.
Add spinach and Pure Spaghetti to the pan. Let it shimmer for 3minutes. Add the chicken back to the pan, spooning the sauce on top of the chicken. Add Salt and pepper if necessary.
Ready to enjoy!
